The property was well-maintained and exceptionally comfortable with accommodating staff. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and amazing location right by in Arakawa and the old tram line that still services the area is cute and many kinds of restaurants. Tried some takeout specials at Mcdonald's Minowa, luckily it was not too far away from the venue. Liked food selection, meals were delicious and they have plenty of options.

The guesthouse was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location was great, with multiple train and metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore all parts of the city. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful, providing a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. it was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely come back again.
The lack of privacy in the shared bathroom area. The sink was located on the ground floor, and the showers were close by, but there were no separate rooms or locks, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

I loved how I had to sit in the common area to eat my own food. It made me feel like a naughty child who had to eat in a designated area. Sato-san's Rest is located in a shopping arcade, so you can enjoy the thrilling experience of dodging shoppers while entering the hostel. The dorm bed in the dining area was a unique touch. Nothing like sleeping with the lingering smell of dinner.
What's not to love about consuming food only in the common area? Who needs privacy or the freedom to eat wherever they want?

Absolutamente nada.
